Budget Projection

Your budget is paramount and should be tended to on a weekly basis. Our budgets are progressive and cumulative in detail the further your project gets into construction. Most importantly, you always have a final projected budget which increases in accuracy over the lifespan of your project, allowing you to plan ahead and avoid surprise costs.

Labor & Material

Labor and Material costs are tracked independently to enable precise breakdowns of your budget. The percent paid to each subcontractor and vendor is also recorded to understand how much money is still owed across individual line items.

Invoicing

Invoicing is straightforward and includes breakdowns of all Labor and Material that was spent during the construction cycle. Billing becomes a very transparent process tied directly to the Labor and Material burn rate in real time.

Specification

A structured record of all specifications are accessible through our online platform and make finding the correct spec easy for our clients, as well as contractors in the field.

Scheduling

Schedules are updated on a weekly basis so you know what to expect in the coming week(s) and where the project stands at large. Course corrections happen continually and incrementally to help keep us on track.

Passive House

We incorporate Passive House principles wherever possible in our designs, chasing rigorous energy efficient design standards so that they maintain an almost constant temperature. They rely on the five principles of: High quality, continuous, insulation; High performance windows; Airtight construction & a continuous air seal; Heat recovery ventilation; and Thermal-bridge free design.
